A.C.B, Gurugram caught in cross -fire between court and Godfathers of a powerful accused against whom case has been registered under Prevention of corruption act.
SEQUENCE OF EVENTS.
A case under section 120-B,409,418,420,467,468 IPC and under prevention of corruption act against Mukesh Solanki Ex, Estate Officer of Haryana Sehari Vikas Pradhikaran,Gurugram and others was registered by ACB,Gurugram on 28/11/2022 for allotting two show rooms cum office sites in Gurugram in 2018 at the rate of 1997 thus causing loss to the exchequer.
While the beneficiary of allotment has been arrested, Solanki is evading arrest due to his clout in corridors of power.
Govt. kept his orders for posting in waiting so that he could not be arrested.
Ultimately on 8th February he was posted as additional state transport commissioner having office in Chandigarh
He is reportedly not attending office.Haryana govt. has not stopped payment of his salary.
ACB filed a case in Gurugram court for declaring him as proclaimed offender.
Court not only rejected the plea but imposed a fine of Rs, five thousands on ACB.
