Ancient Temple Found in Saudi Arabia’s desert, 8000-year-old Civilization Discovered

New Delhi, 4th August. During excavations and surveys in Saudi Arabia, an ancient stone temple and altar were discovered. This site has also revealed the remains of 8,000-year-old human settlements, including a temple. Apart from this, 2 thousand from different times in this place.

Religious Inscriptions Discovered-

Some religious inscriptions have also been discovered in this ancient Saudi temple and human settlement. The find was made in Al-Fao, the former capital of the Kingdom of Kinda. Al-Faw (Al-Faw), also known as Al-Rub’ Al-Khali (The Empty Quarter).

According to saudigazette.com.sa, a multinational team from the Saudi Arabia Heritage Commission conducted a survey in Al-Fao. There were extensive excavations and surveys. Many things came out of it. The most important ones are listed here.

Thousands of graves have been discovered, as well as the remains of human settlements dating back to the 8,000-year-old Neolithic period. Apart from that, 2 thousand 807 graves from various eras have been discovered in this location. In al-Fao, many religious inscriptions have also been discovered underground.

Water Storage Methods –

The research also revealed Al-intricate Fao’s irrigation system. Locals dug hundreds of pits to carry rainwater to the fields in addition to canals and water tanks. People in the world’s harshest deserts now know how to use rainwater thanks to these discoveries.
