New Delhi, 18th April.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has delivered a stirring message to party workers, hailing them as the “backbone” and “DNA” of the Congress party.

Ahead of the impending Lok Sabha elections, Gandhi emphasized the pivotal role of party members in upholding the Congress ideology and combating what he perceives as the divisive agenda of the BJP-RSS.

In a heartfelt address shared on social media, Gandhi underscored the vital contributions of Congress workers, asserting, “You are the Congress worker, our backbone and the DNA of our party.” He commended their unwavering dedication to the party’s principles and their relentless efforts to champion the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution.

Expressing solidarity with party workers, Gandhi lamented the alleged onslaught on India’s democratic fabric by political adversaries. He accused the BJP-RSS of undermining democratic institutions and called upon Congress workers to confront this challenge head-on.

“You fight against the ideology of the RSS on the streets, in the villages, and everywhere. You are the defenders,” Gandhi affirmed.

Moreover, Gandhi credited party workers for their instrumental role in shaping the Congress manifesto for the upcoming elections, emphasizing their invaluable input from across the nation. “You helped us bring key ideas from the people of India into our Manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. We rely on you, and we love you!” he expressed.

In a separate statement, Gandhi reiterated the Congress’s commitment to safeguarding the rights of tribal communities and ensuring their participation in India’s progress. He unveiled six resolutions aimed at empowering tribal societies and protecting their resources from exploitation.

Amidst escalating electoral fervor, Rahul Gandhi’s remarks come as a rallying cry for Congress supporters as they gear up for the crucial electoral battle.

With the Lok Sabha elections set to commence from April 19, political adversaries like the BJP are also intensifying their campaign efforts.

In a bold challenge to the Congress, BJP leader Jagdish Shetter asserted his party’s confidence in securing a resounding victory, dismissing claims of an opposition surge. Shetter’s defiance underscores the high-stakes nature of the electoral contest, with both major political entities vying for supremacy in the upcoming polls.

As the nation braces for a momentous electoral showdown, the stage is set for a fierce battle of ideologies, with the fate of India’s political landscape hanging in the balance.

The 2024 general elections are poised to shape the trajectory of the world’s largest democracy, with the results eagerly anticipated on June 4.
