New Delhi, 30th April.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi penned a letter to candidates contesting in the third phase of Lok Sabha elections, calling upon them to denounce what he termed as the “divisive and discriminatory” politics of the Congress and its alliance.

In the letter, PM Modi urged candidates to raise awareness about Congress’ alleged intentions, including their proposal for reservation based on religion, which he deemed unconstitutional.

PM Modi’s letter, shared by Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on social media platform X, highlighted the BJP’s stance against what they perceive as detrimental policies advocated by the Congress.

According to PM Modi, the Congress aims to appease its vote bank by diverting funds from SC, ST, and OBC communities, and endorsing controversial measures like inheritance tax.

“Congress supports dangerous ideas like ‘inheritance tax’,” PM Modi asserted, urging unity to thwart such initiatives.

Emphasizing the significance of each vote for the BJP’s vision of India’s development by 2047, PM Modi hailed the positive trends observed in the first two phases of voting, indicating public support for his party’s agenda.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of voter turnout and urged party workers to focus on winning every polling booth.

Additionally, he emphasized the need for workers to prioritize their health and that of others amidst the ongoing electoral activities.
