Monsoon session of the parliament adjourned till Monday

New Delhi, 23rd July. The monsoon session of Parliament has been witnessing uproar since the first day. TMC MP Shantanu Sen, who snatched the paper from union minister Ashwini Vaishnav’s hands and tore it into the air in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday,
He has been suspended from the Rajya Sabha for the entire monsoon session following his misbehavior by the speaker.
Later, other TMC MP Derek O’Brien also tried to disrupt the proceedings of the House following which the Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 12:30 pm. After continuous unruly scenes the Lok Sabha was adjourned till Monday.
Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said in the Lok Sabha that PM Modi has requested not to play politics on the issue. He said that it is the goal of the government that every person above the age of 18 years gets Covid vaccine and it was not a matter of politics.
Rahul Gandhi alleged that the issue of his phone being tapped and it was not a matter of just privacy but and he was raising the voice of the people as an opposition leader. He demanded the resignation of the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah.
Rahul Gandhi said that Pegasus is being used as a weapon. PM Modi and home minister are using it against states and institutions, which are commonly used for terrorists.
