Gustakhi Maaf Haryana: “Murky Politics of Haryana”

While am screwing those IAS, officers who are causing loss to the exchequer to fill their pockets. It becomes my duty to highlight role of those who defied the mighty powers to deliver Justice to common men even at the cost of persecution.
They were and are role models for our new breed of officers. My purpose is not to shower praises on anyone but is that this may inspire the others. Part-one.
During my forty five years stint as a Journalist covering Haryana , I had seen good, bad, pliable, corrupt and honest officers. I will discuss about them in my upcoming book on politics and governance of Haryana “Murky Politics of Haryana”.
First Deputy Commissioner of Bhiwani was Mr. M. G. Devasahayam.
As Bhiwani was new district and CM city so new offices were opening. Once some posts of professional managers for Bhiwani District Cooperative Bank of which he was Chairman were advertised. Posts were two, but about thirty aspirants had applied for the post. He asked everybody if they have any recommendations.
All but two were without recommendations. He told politely to aspirants who have recommendations that these two fellows are without any approach and you can get job latter as all of you have approach. So I give this j❤️b to these fellows.
