Tourism Minister congratulats devotees on opening the portal of Badrinath shrine

Dehradun 18 May. The poortal of Badrinath shrine, were opened in the early hours of Tuesday. Tourism Minister Shri Satpal Maharaaj congratulated the devotees by releasing a video on social media after the opening of the portals of Shri Badrinath shrine amidst all the security arrangements during Corona period.

Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaaj attended the virtual darshan in the morning after the opening of the portals of Shri Badrinath shrine. He said that considering the safety of pilgrims, the Yatra has been postponed.

He further added said, “Respecting the sentiments of the devotees we have arranged virtual tour. After the situation becomes normal, Chardham Yatra will be conducted keeping with safety of pilgrims being our utmost priority.”
