Mohd Taj Hassan appointed Director general Fire services, Civil Defence and Home guards under the NHA

New Delhi,14th July. Mohd Taj Hassan (IPS:1987:UT) was on Saturday appointed as Director-General, Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for a tenure upto his superannuation on 31.12.2023. The post of DG FSCD & Home Guards fell vacant after Mohammed Jawed Akhtar (IPS:1986:UP) succumbed to Covid-19 complications in May this year.
