Kolkata, 14th May. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) plant.
In the letter, she has written that we were told that we will get 70 PSA plants, now we are being told that in the first phase we will get four plants and the situation is not clear on the rest. It is written in the letter that due to the non-decision of the Government, our plans and abilities to set up the plant are being affected.
The letter further reads, “Our own supplementary PSA installation plans by our state agencies & on the strength of our own funds are getting disturbed because of the indecisiveness at Delhi.”
