Arrears Paid to the Laborers of Bihar working in Shimla, on Himachal Government’s Order

New Delhi, 13th May. The workers of Bihar in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh have been paid remuneration. This step was taken by Bihar Bhavan on the direction of Hon’ble Chief Minister, due to which eight laborers living in Madhepura district have been paid Rs. 1,82,950 (One lakh eighty two thousand nine hundred and fifty).

A resident of Madhepura district, Mr. Bachchan Singh and others had accused a person of Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh for not paying despite working in the building. In this regard, the workers requested for help through a letter to the Honorable Chief Minister, Mr. Nitish Kumar. As per the instructions of Hon’ble Chief Minister and the quick and active efforts of the officials of the Government of Bihar, the amount was paid to the laborers.They received cash in front of the Deputy Head of Himari. They appreciated the activism and sensitivity of all the officials of the Bihar government including the honorable Chief Minister.

The Honorable Chief Minister has said that the Bihar government is committed to the welfare of the workers and the entire system for their help is active in every possible way.
