Muslim Rashtriya Manch convener, Indresh Kumar: Muslims in Rajasthan should transform and modernise 10 to 20 Madrasas

New Delhi/Jaipur/Dehradun, 14th June. The tweet by Indresh Kumar’s the convener of Muslim Rashtriya Manch, an affiliate body of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Saturday suggesting the Muslims in Rajasthan transform and modernise 10 to 20 Madrasas which could be presented as a model before the government has gone well within the RSS cadres across the country.
The workers within the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh have welcomed the remarks of Indresh Kumar and said that if Madrasas run by Muslim clergy are modernised, it will help in bringing vast Muslim youth in the mainstream of society.
Manoj Rayal, the senior RSS cadre member from Mussoorie in Dehradun district said that the remark is apt as modern education along with the theological study will help in empowering the Muslim youth all over the country and make it easy for the students to join the mainstream thus resulting in employment generation.
Manoj Rayal said that the work to modernize the Madarsas in Uttarakhand is underway under the fold of Muslim Rashtriya Manch and the curriculum will impart modern education apart from the religious teachings.
He said that such madrasas will inculcate values such as humanism and nationalism among the students. “The curriculum will be such that it would not only impart knowledge but will inculcate aspiration to become like APJ Abdul Kalam .
“The madrasas if modernised will work as a catalyst in nation-building” added Manoj Rayal.
