Maha Kumbh Mela 2025: Gautam Adani to Serve 1 Lakh Devotees Daily in Prayagraj

Prayagraj, 12th Jan. The Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 is set to commence in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, on January 13 and will run until February 26. With preparations ongoing for months, the event is expected to witness the participation of around 40 crore devotees.

Prominent businessman and Adani Group Chairman, Gautam Adani, will contribute to this grand spiritual gathering. In collaboration with the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), the Adani Group will serve Mahaprasad to 1 lakh devotees daily throughout the event.

High-Tech Kitchens and Massive Workforce
The Mahaprasad will be prepared in two state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with high-tech facilities, employing 2,500 volunteers. An additional 18,000 sanitation workers will ensure cleanliness throughout the process. The menu includes chapati, dal, rice, assorted vegetables, and sweets, all served on eco-friendly leaf plates.

To distribute the prasadam efficiently, 40 assembly points have been designated across the mela grounds. Special arrangements will be made for differently-abled individuals, senior citizens, and children.

Free Aarti Collection for Devotees
In another initiative, Gautam Adani will distribute free aarti booklets to devotees. Approximately 1 crore copies have been printed in association with the renowned Geeta Press, Gorakhpur. The collection features aartis dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Lord Ganesh, and other deities.

The Adani Group’s efforts aim to enhance the spiritual experience for millions attending this sacred gathering. The Maha Kumbh Mela remains one of the largest and most significant spiritual events globally, symbolizing unity, devotion, and service.
