New Delhi, 4th May. Considering worsening situation across the country due to the second wave of global pandemic Covid 19, JEE Main 2021 May session examination has been postponed. Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank gave this information through a tweet.
Earlier, there were reports that preparations are going on to postpone the examination. Earlier, the examination to be held in April has also been postponed.
According to a senior National Testing Agency (NTA) official, conditions are very bad across the country due to Corona. Students and parents are struggling with the transition. In such a situation, there is no situation to conduct the examination. It has been decided to postpone the examination for the safety of the students.
Whenever the conditions of corona infection will be fine, a new schedule of examination will be released. Students will get full preparation time. Soon students will be updated by issuing notification in this regard.
Looking at the present situation of COVID-19 and keeping students safety in mind, JEE (Main) – May 2021 session has been postponed .
