Jammu: 5 Trains Cancelled till Further Notice due to Increasing Cases of Corona

Jammu, 7th May. Due to the increasing transition of Covid-19 and decreasing number of passengers, the Railway Board has canceled five trains to Jammu and Katra railway stations. There were two trains for Jammu and three trains for Katra running weekly and daily respectively.

Due to the increasing cases of Covid, the number of passengers in trains was steadily decreasing. In such a situation, the railway is canceling many trains. This also includes trains running to Jammu and Katra. Railways has now started sending SMS to passengers who have booked seats in these trains.

Train number 22440-22439 New Delhi-Katra Vande Bharat has been canceled from April 9 until further orders.

Train number 04610-04609 Katra-Rishikesh Hemkunt Express, train number 04605-04606 Yog Nagari Rishikesh-Katra, train number 02265-02266 Delhi Sarai Rohila-Jammu Tawi Duronto will be canceled from April 9 till further orders.

Train number 02445 New Delhi-Katra will be canceled from April 9 while -02446 Katra-New Delhi will be canceled from April 10 till further orders.
