12 ministers including Ravi Shankar Prasad, Prakash Javedkar, Dr Harshwardhan High por axed from the new cabinet reshuffle by Modi government.

New Delhi.7th July. 12 ministers have been axed from the first reshuffle of the cabinet in the union government that will begin at New Delhi on Wednesday evening. The high profile names that have been removed from the cabinet are Dr Harshvardhan the health minister, Union education minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and information minister Prakash Javedkar. The other ministers removed from cabinet ar Debashee Choudhari , Sadananda Gowda, Santosh Gangwar, Babul Supriyo, Sanjay Dhotre, RaoSaheb Patil Danve, Ashwini Choubey,Pratap Sarangi and Thavarchand Gehlot who has been given the charge of Karnataka as the Governor. The nonperformance has been the main reason for their removal said the sources.45 ministers were inducted in the cabinet in 2014.
