Nagpur, 22nd Jan. In celebration of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, the Shri Mahalakshmi Jagdamba Mandir in Maharashtra’s Koradi has commenced the preparation of a 6,000 kg halwa, with the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Deputy Chief Minister Fadnavis mentioned that this initiative was led by Maharashtra Legislative Council Member Chandrashekhar Bawankule, and renowned Chef Vishnu Manohar has taken charge of the preparation.
Speaking to reporters in Nagpur, the Deputy Chief Minister said, “Today at Nagpur’s historic Koradi mandir, 6,000 kg halwa is being prepared as prasad to commemorate Lord Ram’s arrival in Ramjanmabhumi and the Pran Pratishtha event of Lord Ram Lalla. Chandrashekhar Bawankule has led this initiative, and renowned Chef Vishnu Manohar has taken charge.”
Fadnavis also mentioned that a specially made kadahi, called Hanuman Kadahi, is being used for this initiative.
Furthermore, Fadnavis stated that 7,000 kg of ingredients were being used to prepare the halwa.
“Although 6,000 kg of halwa is being made, the ingredients weigh 7,000 kg. This will set a new record for preparing prasad,” he added.
“After seven days, this kadahi will be sent to Ayodhya, and prasad will be made in it for Shri Ram Lalla. I would like to request everyone to have this prasad in the afternoon,” he urged.
Meanwhile, devotees from all over the country are eagerly awaiting the grand occasion of Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya, which is about to begin.
The premises of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya resounded with Ram chants and bhajans as excited crowds filled every part of the holy city on this momentous day.
Special guests from the cricket world, film industry, saint society, politics, art, literature, culture, and other fields have started arriving in Ayodhya for the ceremony. Vedic rituals for the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya began on January 16, a week before the main ceremony.
