Water Pipeline and Interlocking Tile Installation Work Begins in Ward No. 9: MLA Neeraj Sharma

MLA Neeraj Sharma, representing the Faridabad constituency, commenced the work of installing water pipelines and interlocking tiles in 8 lanes of Nangla Enclave Part 2 of the NIT Assembly on February 25, 2024. The inauguration ceremony marked the beginning of a significant infrastructural development project in Ward No. 9.

MLA Neeraj Sharma highlighted the long-standing demand for these lanes’ construction and water pipeline installation. He emphasized that the estimates for these projects had been prepared for some time, and finally, the work orders have been issued. The installation of water pipelines and interlocking tiles in these lanes is estimated to cost around 50 lakhs.

Addressing the gathering, Chaudhary Chatr Singh expressed gratitude towards MLA Neeraj Sharma for initiating the much-needed development work. He mentioned that they had been raising these issues for quite some time, and the MLA’s proactive approach is commendable.

Chaudhary MP Bhadana, head of the Nangla Road Trade Association, recalled the developmental initiatives undertaken in the area previously by former minister Pandit Shivcharan Lal Sharma. He appreciated MLA Neeraj Sharma’s efforts in continuing the development work despite being in opposition.

He also lauded MLA Sharma’s persistent efforts in addressing the infrastructural needs and the hurdles faced in obtaining government approvals, citing the 28 crore files pending at the NIT Assembly. He praised MLA Neeraj Sharma’s determination, even resorting to wearing two-yard cloth during the cold as a protest against the delays.

The event saw the presence of former Deputy Mayor Mukesh Sharma, MP Bhadana, Rahul Chaudhary, Chaudhary Chatr Singh, Sahab Singh Panchal, Malik, Dayaram, Begraj, Madan, Rakesh, and other prominent members of the community.
