VP Radhakrishnan to Visit Chhattisgarh for Rajat Mahotsav
Vice-President to attend multiple events in Nava Raipur and Rajnandgaon, including IAF Air Show and Lakhpati Didi Sammelan

New Delhi, 4th Nov: Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan will visit Chhattisgarh on November 4–5, 2025, for a series of official engagements in Nava Raipur and Rajnandgaon, marking his first visit to the state since taking office.
After completing his visits to Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the Vice-President will reach Raipur this evening. On November 5, he will be accorded a Guard of Honour at Raj Bhavan, Raipur, before proceeding to witness an Air Show by the Indian Air Force’s Suryakiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) over Sendh Lake in Nava Raipur. The Suryakiran team, formed in 1996, is known for its precision flying and breathtaking aerial formations.
Later in the day, Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the Udayachal Multi-Speciality Eye Care Institute in Rajnandgaon. He will also attend the Lakhpati Didi Sammelan in Rajnandgaon as the Chief Guest, highlighting the government’s initiatives to empower women through self-help groups.
The Vice-President will conclude his visit by attending the Closing Ceremony of the Chhattisgarh Rajat Mahotsav in Nava Raipur. The event commemorates the 25th anniversary of Chhattisgarh’s formation and celebrates the state’s journey of growth and development.
