New Delhi, 6th Oct: Vice-President of India and Chairman of Rajya Sabha, C. P. Radhakrishnan, visited the Rajya Sabha Secretariat on Monday to review its functioning and engage with officials.
During the visit, Radhakrishnan interacted with officers and staff of the Secretariat, commending their role in ensuring the smooth conduct of parliamentary proceedings.
He reviewed the Secretariat’s operations, focusing on its key responsibilities of providing legislative, administrative, and procedural support to the Rajya Sabha and its Members.
A detailed presentation was made before the Vice-President, outlining the Secretariat’s various divisions, ongoing initiatives, and measures to enhance efficiency in parliamentary services.
