UP Got Investment Proposals Worth Rs 40 Lakh Crore At Investor Event: CM Adityanath

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Sunday that Uttar Pradesh has received investment proposals worth Rs 40 lakh crore during the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit held last year. These investments are expected to create job opportunities for 1.10 crore youths.

Adityanath emphasized the importance of technical institutions like ITIs and polytechnics understanding the industry’s demands and designing courses accordingly. The employment fair at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology was organized by the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission.

Adityanath highlighted the need to connect youth with training and mentioned the CM Internship Programme, where the government and industry jointly fund stipends for students.

The chief minister stated that job creation is a top priority for the state government.

He also mentioned the efforts of the Department of Vocational Education to develop courses that meet global standards.

Adityanath further mentioned collaborations with Israel, Russia, and Germany to provide international job opportunities for Uttar Pradesh’s youth. He shared that youths selected for employment in Israel will receive benefits such as free meals, accommodation, and a monthly salary of Rs 1.5 lakh after completing their ITI courses.

Adityanath also highlighted the demand for skilled nursing professionals in Germany and encouraged youths to undergo language training for better preparation.

He concluded by mentioning the high demand for skilled youths from Uttar Pradesh in Southeast Asian countries and the Middle East.
