Tokyo Olympics Hockey-India defeats Spain 3-0

Tokyo/Delhi, 27th July. After 7-0 drubbing from Australia, India bounced back to win 3-0 against Spain in its third fixture in Tokyo Olympics.
India is now placed at the 2nd spot after this dominant victory in the Pool A table. Simranjeet Singh scored the 1st goal after coming in for the 1st time.
After that, Rupinder Pal Singh scored a penalty stroke and from a penalty corner. They are now 3 points behind.
This is India’s second win in 3 matches after they won their opening fixture against New Zealand 3-2. The team India looked a different team today and was aggressive from first minute which led to the win in the match here. In badminton, The Indian duo of Satwik Sairaj and Chirag Shetty won their fixture defeating England.
