New Delhi, 9th Feb: Three people were found dead inside a parked car on the Peeragarhi flyover in Delhi on Sunday, prompting a police investigation.
According to initial information, the fire department received a call about an abandoned vehicle on the flyover. When officials reached the spot, they discovered three bodies inside a Tavera car.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer District) Sachin Sharma said the deceased included two men and one woman. He added that nothing suspicious had been found at the scene so far.
The victims were identified as 62-year-old Randhir, 42-year-old Shivnaresh, and 40-year-old Laxmi. Randhir and Shivnaresh were residents of Ranhola, while Laxmi lived in Jahangirpuri. Police said the car belonged to Randhir.
Officials stated that there were no visible injury marks on the bodies, and preliminary findings suggest a possible case of suicide.
Forensic teams have been deployed at the spot, and the area has been barricaded as police continue their investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the deaths.
