New Delhi,12th May. The second deadly wave of corona pandemic in Delhi and due to three consecutive weeks lockdown has created a crisis of earning as well as daily food and breads among the people who are daily wagers.

In such a time, many organisations have come forward for help. In this sequence, Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti Organization has launched a generous meal scheme for the needy people around Acharya Lokesh Ashram located at Karol Bagh metro station so that no needy person can sleep hungry. For this, the organisation has also purchased a food supply van for this purpose only. Earlier, the organization had also run a successful program to provide house to house meals to quarantine patients and families in Old Rajendra Nagar, New Rajendra Nagar Shankar Road etc.

With the Mangalpath and blessings of Jainacharya Dr. Lokeshji, Founder of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti, Organization inaugurated Meal Scheme. On this occasion, Acharya Lokeshji said that Nara Seva is Narayan Seva. Manav Seva is Madhav Seva. He said that there is no religion greater than human service. Further Acharya Shri said that we are not doing this work by donating, doing virtue or religion but considering our moral duty, responsibility and duty under social concern.

Acharya Lokeshji said that this is a very challenging task in the current adverse circumstances which will need to be run for a long time, it is such a huge task that everyone needs to come forward for this. Acharya Lokeshji said that this scheme is not only upto Corona period but as long as its need is felt, it will always go on.
