The Taliban Takes Control Of Afghanistan Presidential Palace, Ashraf Gani Reported Leaves Country & Heads to Tajikistan

New Delhi,15th Aug.In the developments that are changing with every given moment, the Taliban has taken control of Afghanistan’s presidential palace thus strengthening its control over the country and re-usurping the power in a country that has seen violence from past several decades.

Ashraf Gani the president of Afghanistan resigned and left the country and headed towards Tajikistan said the senior Taliban commanders present in Kabul. An interim government has been proposed which will take over for a smooth transition soon.

Amid such chaotic conditions in Afghanistan, an Air India flight carrying 129 passengers reached New Delhi from Kabul.

The political experts on Afghanistan are flabbergasted at the surrender of the Afghan forces and that too without any fight resulting in bloodless take over by Taliban terrorists.

The sources said that several Afghan MPs and government officials have also reached Delhi. Meanwhile, the Emirates flight to Kabul was diverted to Dubai and Fly Dubai suspended its services to Kabul. United States helicopters were seen ferrying its diplomats from the embassy at Kabul to the airport.

NATO responding to the situation said that political solution in Afghanistan ‘more urgent than ever. UAE has offered to facilitate evacuations of diplomatic missions of France, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, and Egypt from Afghanistan. However, all commercial flights were suspended from Kabul airport, only military aircraft were allowed to operate said  Nato official.
