Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), a pro-Khalistan terrorist organization, took responsibility for tying Khalistan flags to the walls and gates of the State Assembly building in Dharmashala.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, SFJ’s legal counsel, addressed Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur in a video message, telling him to “learn something from the Mohali grenade attack.” According to Pannu, the attack could have also occurred at Shimla headquarters. On Monday evening, a rocket-propelled grenade was thrown at the third floor of the Punjab Police Intelligence office in Sohana, Mohali. There were no casualties reported. “Learn from the Mohali grenade attack.”

This grenade attack could have targeted Shimla headquarters, according to the SFJ counselor. ‘SFJ hoisted the flag in Dharamshala.’ Pannu also warned Himachal Chief Minister not to “provoke the Sikh community.” In Dharamshala, we raised the flag.

“Do not incite the Sikh community,” Pannu warned in a video message.

On Sunday, Khalistan flags were discovered tied to the main gate and walls of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Dharamshala. The Assembly is not currently in session because Dharmashala only hosts the Assembly’s winter session. All other sessions are held at the Shimla Assembly. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said on Monday that an SIT would look into the matter further.
We’ve taken a new step in the state as a security measure, with increased surveillance at the Himachal border to prevent such incidents from happening again,” the chief minister said. Referendum on Khalistan Pannu further announced the Khalistan referendum to be held in Himachal on June 6 and asked the CM to ‘stop the violence’ or be ready to face the consequences. “SFJ will announce a referendum on Khalistan.” “The Himachal Pradesh election will be held on June 6,” Pannu added.
