Congress fields Harekrushna Sethi for Dhamnagar by-poll
The Dhamnagar Assembly constituency in the Bhadrak district of Odisha will hold a by-election on November 3 and the opposition Congress named Baba Harekrushna Sethi as its candidate on Wednesday.
