Supreme Court Panel Indicting Delhi Govt. on Excess Demand of Oxygen in Corona Peak Exposes the “Horrific & Deplorable” Face of Delhi Govt- Dr. Jolly

New Delhi, 26th June. BJP Leader Dr. Vijay Jolly today termed the Interim Report of Oxygen Audit in NCT of Delhi indicting Delhi Govt. for its excess demand of oxygen in Corona peak period as an eye opener on the failures & falsehood of Delhi govt. led by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Delhi Govt’s demand for 1,140 metric tons of oxygen during the peak period from 25th April to 10th May 2021 is horrific & deplorable stated BJP leader Dr. Jolly. Whereas the actual Delhi demand was calculated at 289 metric tons of oxygen by the Supreme Court Appointed Panel. Which consisted of Dr. Randeep Guleria, Director AIIMS, Subodh Yadav, Jt. Sec. Jal Shakti Ministry, Bhupinder S. Bhalla Principal Secretary (Home), Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Dr. Sanjay Kr Singh, Controller of Explosives, PESO.

On NDTV Live TV debate, today BJP leader Dr. Jolly demanded Delhi Chief Minister & Delhi Govt. officials to be booked under IPC Sec: 304 (Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder). Since the excess demand and supply of oxygen to Delhi deprived 12 other states resulting in thousands of innocent citizens’ death in India.

Dr. Jolly alleged that the over-populated city of Mumbai managed its medical oxygen with 275 metric tons. Whereas Delhi demanded 1,140 MT oxygen & under Supreme Court orders, Modi Govt. supplied 700 metric tons. Dr. Jolly termed it unethical and alleged that this exposed the exaggerated demands and lies of Kejriwal Govt. in the corona pandemic this year.
