Noida, 9th Oct: A speeding Land Rover Defender crashed into at least six vehicles outside Gulshan One29 Mall in Sector 129, Noida, on Wednesday night, police said.
According to officials, the luxury SUV, bearing a VVIP number plate with the digits 1111, rammed into five cars and a motorcycle before coming to a halt. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident.
The driver, identified as Sunil, a resident of Sector 100, has been taken into custody. Police from the Expressway Police Station quickly reached the scene after receiving information about the accident.
The Noida Police Commissionerate confirmed that the vehicle has been seized and a detailed investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
