New Delhi, 7th July:
In a major push towards inclusive social integration, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will organize Hindu Sammelans across 58,964 Mandals and 44,055 Bastis as part of its centenary year celebrations, said Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar Ji during a press briefing at Keshav Kunj, Delhi, following a three-day Prant Pracharak Baithak from July 4 to 6.

Highlighting the Sangh’s ambitious outreach, Ambekar said that the goal for the centenary year is to connect with every household in every village and urban locality across the country. The Sangh plans to begin this campaign from Vijayadashami Utsav, marking the official start of the centenary year.

“The country is progressing in economy and technology, but this must be accompanied by core Indian values like harmony, welfare, and environmental consciousness,” he said, reiterating the focus on Panch Parivartan—five transformative goals that will be central to the yearlong outreach.

Centenary Outreach Strategy
The Hindu Sammelans will serve as platforms to discuss social unity, cultural pride, and societal transformation. Additionally, Samajik Sadbhav Baithaks (Social Harmony Meetings) will be held in 11,360 blocks and towns. In the Sangh’s 924 districts, Pramukh Nagrik Seminars will focus on topics such as “Ideas of Bharat,” “Bharat’s Swa,” and India’s civilizational pride.

Sunil Ambekar Ji stated that Grih Sampark (door-to-door outreach) will be conducted intensively. “Every section of society will be involved, irrespective of profession, geography, or background,” he added.

Focus on Manipur and Border Prants
Addressing contemporary concerns, Ambekar said the RSS is working actively in violence-hit Manipur. “Swayamsevaks are in dialogue with both communities to restore normalcy,” he noted, adding that efforts by the Sangh have led to visible positive changes.

Volunteers from bordering regions shared ground realities and reaffirmed their commitment to community welfare and regional harmony.

Sangh Shiksha and Training Updates
Between April and June, RSS held 100 Prashikshan Vargs (training camps), with 17,609 volunteers under the age of 40 participating in 75 camps and 4,270 swayamsevaks aged 40-60 attending 25 sessions. Participants hailed from 8,812 locations nationwide.

Remarks on Key Issues
On the issue of religious conversion, Ambekar said, “Conversion by force, greed, conspiracy, or exploitation is wrong.” He also reiterated the RSS’s position on language, stating, “All Indian languages are national languages. Primary education should be in the mother tongue.”

Leadership Presence
Delhi Prant Sanghchalak Dr. Anil Agarwal, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramukh Narendra Thakur, and senior karyakarta Pradip Joshi were also present at the press briefing.
