New Delhi, 2nd March: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the prevailing regional situation.

According to an official statement, Prime Minister Modi conveyed India’s concerns regarding recent developments in the region and underlined that the safety of civilians must remain a priority.

During the conversation, the Prime Minister reiterated India’s consistent position advocating an early cessation of hostilities.
