Chandigarh, 4th September. Parkash Singh Badal, the patriarch of the Shiromani Akali Dal, has been admitted to the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh following a mild fever.
The 94-year-old former Punjab chief minister was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, according to party leader Daljit Singh Cheema on Sunday.
Cheema stated that Badal’s medical examination is currently underway at the hospital.
