New Delhi, 18th June: Probationers of the Indian Corporate Law Service, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service, and Central Labour Service called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday, where she urged them to uphold transparency, accountability, and national interest in their service.

Congratulating the young officers for their perseverance and success, the President emphasized the transformative impact their roles will have. “As torchbearers of good governance, your decisions and actions have the power to change lives,” she said.

Speaking to Indian Corporate Law Service officers, President Murmu described the corporate sector as a crucial driver of India’s economic development. She underscored their role in enforcing corporate laws that foster a transparent and innovation-driven business climate.

To the Central Labour Service officers, the President highlighted their dual responsibility: ensuring compliance with labour laws while promoting industrial harmony and the welfare of workers. “Your work can bring balance to the complex relationship between employers and employees, fostering mutual respect and equity,” she remarked.

For the Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service, the President stressed that military aviation quality is tied to national security. “It’s not just about technical specs, but mission preparedness and strategic superiority,” she said. She called for integrating private players into the defence ecosystem and boosting indigenization through technology transfer and supportive policies.

President Murmu concluded by encouraging all officers to work with integrity, compassion, and commitment, reinforcing India’s path toward inclusive development and strategic self-reliance.
