President Murmu to Visit Uttarakhand from November 2 to 4

New Delhi, 1st Nov: President Droupadi Murmu will undertake a three-day visit to Uttarakhand from November 2 to 4, 2025. During her visit, the President will participate in several key events across Haridwar, Dehradun, and Nainital.

On November 2, President Murmu will grace the second convocation ceremony of the University of Patanjali in Haridwar. The university, founded by yoga guru Baba Ramdev, focuses on integrating traditional Indian knowledge systems with modern education.

On November 3, the President will address a special session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in Dehradun as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations marking 25 years of the state’s formation. Later in the day, she will attend a commemorative event marking 125 years of the establishment of the Raj Bhavan in Nainital.

On November 4, President Murmu is scheduled to visit the Neem Karoli Baba Ashram at Kainchi Dham — a spiritual centre visited by many national and international figures. Before returning to New Delhi, she will also attend the 20th convocation of Kumaun University in Nainital.
