New Delhi, 7th Dec: Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah on Sunday paid tribute to the revered Pramukh Swami Maharaj Ji on his birth anniversary.
In a message posted on X, Shah described Pramukh Swami Maharaj Ji as a symbol of simplicity, service and compassion, noting that his vast thoughts and profound knowledge offered inspiration during every interaction. “The ambit of Swami Ji’s thoughts and knowledge was so vast that every conversation with him provided new inspiration and energy,” he wrote.
The Home Minister said he considers it his good fortune to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with the spiritual leader. He highlighted Pramukh Swami Maharaj Ji’s lifelong efforts to strengthen society’s connection with faith and devotion to God.
Shah added that merely remembering Pramukh Swami Maharaj Ji — who carried the teachings of Lord Swaminarayan Ji to people across the world — evokes peace and reverence in the mind.
