Varanasi, 5th March. Ahead of the seventh phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a huge roadshow in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi.
The Prime Minister started his roadshow by garlanding the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Maldahiya area of Varanasi. The roadshow was scheduled to conclude at Vishwanath Dham.
Prime Minister Modi’s roadshow ahead of assembly polls in Varanasi witnessed massive participation from the people of Varanasi.
After the roadshow, PM Modi offered prayers at Vishwanath Dham Temple following which he garlanded the statue of Madan Mohan Malviya located at BHU Gate.
Voting for the seventh phase of UP assembly polls will be held on March 7. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
