PM Modi to Launch ₹1 Lakh Cr RDI Scheme at ESTIC 2025 Tomorrow
The three-day conclave at Bharat Mandapam will unite global scientists, innovators, and industry leaders to shape India’s R&D future.

New Delhi, 2nd Nov: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Emerging Science & Technology Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, at around 9:30 AM on November 3. The Prime Minister will also address the gathering on the occasion.
In a landmark move to strengthen India’s research ecosystem, PM Modi will launch the ₹1 Lakh Crore Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme Fund aimed at fostering a robust private sector-led R&D environment. The initiative is expected to catalyse innovation and technological breakthroughs across key sectors.
The three-day conclave, scheduled from November 3 to 5, will witness participation from over 3,000 delegates representing academia, research institutions, industry, and government. Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists, innovators, and policymakers will also participate in discussions shaping the country’s scientific future.
Deliberations at ESTIC 2025 will revolve around 11 thematic areas — including Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Bio-Manufacturing, Blue Economy, Digital Communications, Electronics & Semiconductor Manufacturing, Emerging Agriculture Technologies, Energy, Environment & Climate, Health & Medical Technologies, Quantum Science & Technology, and Space Technologies.
The conclave will feature expert talks, panel discussions, and technology showcases, providing a dynamic platform for collaboration among scientists, industry leaders, and young innovators. The event aims to bolster India’s standing as a global hub of science, research, and innovation.
