PM Modi to Join Constitution Day Event

New translations in nine languages to be released at Samvidhan Sadan

New Delhi, 25th Nov: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the Constitution Day celebrations at the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan on 26th November at around 11 AM, marking the 76th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India.

The event will see the presence of the President, Vice President, Lok Sabha Speaker and Members of Parliament from both Houses. The President will lead the reading of the Preamble during the ceremony.

A translated version of the Constitution will be released in nine languages—Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Punjabi, Bodo, Kashmiri, Telugu, Odia and Assamese. A commemorative booklet titled “भारत के संविधान में कला और कैलीग्राफी” will also be unveiled.
