New Delhi, 11th July: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth in various Central Government departments and organisations on July 12, under the Rozgar Mela initiative. The event will take place via video conferencing at 11:00 AM, and the Prime Minister will also address the appointees.
This marks the 16th Rozgar Mela, which will be organised at 47 locations across India, with participation from several ministries and departments. The initiative is part of PM Modi’s commitment to generate employment and empower India’s youth.
Empowering Youth Through Nationwide Recruitment
The Rozgar Mela has already issued over 10 lakh recruitment letters since its launch, creating large-scale employment opportunities across the country.
According to the official statement, the fresh recruits will join various departments including:
- Ministry of Railways
- Ministry of Home Affairs
- Ministry of Health & Family Welfare
- Department of Posts
- Ministry of Labour & Employment
- Department of Financial Services, among others.
The scheme is seen as a major drive for youth empowerment and aims to bolster their participation in nation-building.
