New Delhi, 24th Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday invited people across the country to participate in an online auction of gifts he has received during various official programmes and engagements.
He said the proceeds from the auction will support Namami Gange, the government’s flagship mission for the conservation and rejuvenation of the River Ganga.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister wrote, “Over the past few days, the online auction for the various gifts I have received during my different programmes has been underway. The auction includes very interesting works which illustrate the culture and creativity of India. The proceeds from the auction will go towards Namami Gange. Do take part in the auction. pmmementos.gov.in.”
The auction features a curated selection of memorabilia showcasing India’s rich culture and craftsmanship. Citizens can view and bid for these items through the official website pmmementos.gov.in
