PM Modi Greets People of Chhattisgarh on 25th Foundation Day
Says the state, once Naxal-affected, is now setting new benchmarks of development and contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat

New Delhi, 1st Nov: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended greetings to the people of Chhattisgarh on the 25th Foundation Day of the state, lauding its rapid progress and growing contribution to national development.
In his message, the Prime Minister described Chhattisgarh as a state deeply connected to nature and culture, which is now setting “new benchmarks of progress.” He also noted that several regions once affected by Naxalism are now actively participating in the race for development.
Expressing confidence in the state’s future, Modi said that the hard work and enterprise of the people of Chhattisgarh will play a crucial role in achieving the vision of a Viksit Bharat (Developed India).
Chhattisgarh, carved out of Madhya Pradesh on November 1, 2000, is celebrating its silver jubilee this year with cultural events and development showcases across the state.
