New Delhi- Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Crew-9 astronauts, including Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams, on their safe return to Earth. Lauding their courage and determination, he highlighted their contributions to space exploration and the human spirit of perseverance.

In a post on X, PM Modi remarked, “Welcome back, #Crew9! Theirs has been a test of grit, courage, and the boundless human spirit. Sunita Williams and the #Crew9 astronauts have once again shown us what perseverance truly means.”

He emphasized the significance of space exploration in pushing human potential and praised Williams as a trailblazer who exemplifies these values.

The Prime Minister also acknowledged the teams that ensured the astronauts’ safe return, crediting their “precision, passion, and technology” for the mission’s success.
