PM Modi Condoles Passing Away of MP and Former Minister Rattan Lal Kataria

New Delhi, 18th May. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday expressed deep grief over the passing away of MP and former Minister Shri Rattan Lal Kataria.

“Pained by the passing away of MP and former Minister Shri Rattan Lal Kataria Ji. He will be remembered for his rich contribution towards public service and social justice. He played a key role in strengthening the BJP in Haryana. Condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti,” the Prime Minister said in a tweet.

Rattan Lal Kataria, an Ambala MP and Bharatiya Janata Party leader, died on Thursday at a government hospital in Chandigarh, his wife Banto Kataria informed on Wednesday.

The three-term MP was admitted to Chandigarh’s Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER). He had been in critical condition for several days.
