New Delhi, 24th Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Eminence Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al AlSheikh.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister conveyed: “Deepest condolences on the sad demise of the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Eminence Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al AlSheikh. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kingdom and its people in this moment of grief.”
The Grand Mufti was the highest religious authority in Saudi Arabia, playing a pivotal role in guiding the country’s religious and spiritual affairs.
