New Delhi, 1st Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday expressed grief over the loss of lives in the earthquake that struck Afghanistan.
In a post on social media platform X, the Prime Minister wrote, “Deeply saddened by the loss of lives due to the earthquake in Afghanistan. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families in this difficult hour, and we wish a speedy recovery to the injured. India stands ready to provide all possible humanitarian aid and relief to those affected.”
The Prime Minister’s message reflects India’s readiness to extend support and humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan in its time of crisis.
