Odisha Govt Approves 14 Industrial Projects Worth Rs 1,713 Crore

The Odisha government has given the nod to 14 industrial projects, which will require a total investment of Rs 1,713.65 crore and create job opportunities for over 5,000 individuals.

These projects cover various sectors including metal downstream and ancillaries, power, pharmaceuticals, plastics, food processing, and tourism.

An investment proposal of Rs 628.00 crore by Anand Exports has been approved by the government.

Additionally, Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd has received clearance to establish a luxury resort at Sonapur beach in Ganjam district, with an investment of Rs 228.45 crore.

The proposal put forth by Jindal Stainless Ltd to set up a roof-top solar power plant in Jajpur district, costing Rs 110.24 crore, has also been approved.

Furthermore, the government has given the go-ahead to TS Beach Resorts Pvt Ltd to establish a convention center and a four-star hotel in Puri, with an investment of Rs 132.16 crore.
