Odisha Government Raises DA by 3% for Employees and Pensioners

Bhubaneswar, 19^th Sept. The Odisha government announced a 3% increase in dearness allowance for its employees and pensioners on Monday.

According to an official release, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved the proposal to increase DA from 31% to 34%, effective January 1, 2022.

Benefits will be received by 3.5 lakh pensioners and 4 lakh employees.

The DA arrears for the months of January to August will be paid separately, according to the release.
