NOPRUF Team Submit Memorandum to Former MP Satyapal Jain Regarding Restoration of Old Pension Scheme

Chandigarh, 11th Oct. Team NOPRUF (National Old Pension Restoration United Front, INDIA) was welcomed at Sector-17 Plaza, Chandigarh on October 10, 2022 and a Memorandum was submitted to former MP and Additional Solicitor General of India Satyapal Jain ji, in the name of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to restore the Old Pension Scheme for employees.

Government of India announced New Pension Scheme for all employees joining service on or after 1/1/2004 by stopping the Old Pension Scheme.

Nowadays, a National movement is going on from Kashmir to Kanyakumari for restoration of the Old Pension Scheme by abolishing NPS.

A NOPRUF delegation started its journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and reached Chandigarh today 10/10/2022, on Monday.

Various associations of various departments of Chandigarh welcomed the representatives of NOPRUF at Plazza Sector 17, Chandigarh at 04:00 PM.  Under the aegis of National Old Pension Restoration Movement United Front (NOPRUF), the ten-day “Old Pension Restoration Nyay Yatra” from Kashmir to Kanyakumari has started from 09 October 2022, from Lal Chowk, Srinagar.

NOPRUF National President BP Singh Rawat, National Senior Vice President Vinod Kanojia ji from Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow), National Advisor Sampath Kumar Swamy from Telangana (Hyderabad), National General Secretary Virendra Dubey from Chhattisgarh (Raipur) and others are included. All the leadership was welcomed with garlands on their arrival in Chandigarh.

Hon’ble former MP and Additional Solicitor General of India Satyapal Jain was welcomed by all the leaders by presenting bouquets and a memorandum was given in the name of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for restoration of Old Pension Scheme. Shri Jain assured the employees to send this demand to Hon’ble Primeminister Shri Narendra Modi Ji at earliest.

During this, President of GMCH Nurses Union Dabkesh Kumar Prajapati, General Secretary Sandeep Kumar Yadav, from GMSH 16 Nurses Union. Amandeep kaur, Mahendra kumar, Manish rathore, President of PGI Nurses Welfare Association Manjnik Kaur, Satyaveer singh Dagur, Kishor Singh, Ekta Shelly, from Income Tax Department Union, Rai Saheb, Kuldeep Singh, from Teacher Union Ravindra kaushal, Sunil kumar, From Sanjha Mulajam Manch Sukhchain singh khera and various other leaders were present and addressed all the employees.

The employees of various departments of Chandigarh welcomed the NOPRUF team and encouraged the entire leadership of NOPRUF, who came on ‘Nyay Yatra’.

The team will leave for its “NYAY YATRA” in the morning on October 11 after a night’s rest.

This “Nyay Yatra” will end on 19 October 2022 in Kanyakumari.
