Addressing a distinguished gathering, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the virtual presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Hon’ble Governors, Chief Ministers of States, Members of Parliament, Legislative Assemblies, and Union Ministers.

Reflecting on a paradigm shift in governance, Prime Minister Modi underscored the decentralization of key developmental initiatives, symbolizing the government’s commitment to extending the reach of governance to every corner of the nation.
