Tezpur, 20th Jan. During the 60th Raising Day of the Sashastra Seema Bal at Salonibari, Union Home Minister Amit Shah confidently stated that the country will be completely rid of the Naxalism threat within the next three years.
Shah also acknowledged the unique role played by the SSB among all the central armed police forces. He emphasized that the SSB effectively integrates culture, history, topography, and language, thereby fostering closer ties between people in border areas and the rest of the country.
He further added, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country will successfully eliminate the Naxal problem within the next three years.”
As part of the event, the home minister also unveiled a postage stamp.
