Mumbai Crime Branch Summons Actor Sahil Khan and 3 Others in Mahadev Betting App Case

Mumbai, 15th Dec. The Mumbai police’s crime branch which is investigating the Mahadev betting app case has summoned actor Sahil Khan and three others to give their statements on Friday, according to an official.

A special investigation team (SIT) has been formed to look into alleged illegal transactions between financial and real estate firms in the state and the promoters of the controversial Mahadev betting app.

The scam is estimated to be worth around Rs 15,000 crore, as stated in the first information report (FIR).

The SIT is currently investigating Khan and 31 other individuals, examining their bank accounts, mobile phones, laptops, and other technical equipment.

The crime branch has summoned Sahil Khan, his brother Sam Khan, Hitesh Khushlani, and another accused person to appear before the SIT officials at the Mumbai crime branch.

Sahil Khan, known for his roles in films like ‘Style’ and ‘Excuse Me’, has also established himself as a fitness expert.
